One of these birds was out of the pair of Hofkens you sent me. My handler FDR flies 374 miles and with only 39 day birds out of 1120 birds shipped I took 8th place with a speed of 1089.755 with east north east winds. Thanks again for the nice pair. John is the first member of the Cape Cod club to ever win champion loft of the Southern New England Combine, with 72 members John is the longest flyer almost 100 miles deep and they have to cross the water and then 27 miles deep in his own club. |
Hi David, I'm very well, thank you! And how are you? It is too easy for me to win the race ! LOL !! The 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Race all won by my birds. They're Too superior....!! Not only in Jakarta, in Bandung my friend using the birds from you also won the race and pool. Juat this morning my friend told me that many fancier from Bandung want to visit my loft, they want the birds from David Scott. The 4th and 5th race were to easy to won. Almost dominate by me. 17 June 07, The 6th race from Lasem, 532.5 km to my loft. This was the most difficult race. Release the birds at 6:00 morning near the beach, the wind very strong from the sea (north) blow to south....the birds flew from west must to east....We thought normal about 8 hours they can arrived home, but untill 15:53 pm one of the fancier juat arrive 1 bird. At 16:34, 3 of my birds arrive together...they won 1,2,3...My loft about 45 km further then my friend. Speed only 841 meter/munite very slow. That day only 49 birds arrived home (15%). Other came back next day. They flew more then 10 hours. It was the hard race but my birds still the fastest. Thank you and best regards, Henry |
